Canari Home provides private home care for Montecito and Santa Barbara, for owners who live in their homes, owners who are often away, and owners who rent their homes out. We check on the home, keep its records, prepare it for storm and fire season, and coordinate the local trades who care for it, with one person responsible for each home and a private portal where everything is kept.
We work with a limited number of homes so each one has our full attention. For owners of permitted rentals in the Santa Barbara area, Canari Stays keeps the rental cared for and guest-ready to the same standard.
